The team could benefit from efficiency training, the person who did the estimate was off the mark and failed to communicate few key facts , despite multiple attempt to ask the team to be careful with paint, unfortunately They did cause some paint damage in few areas . I wanted to rave about the great experience I had with Piepho Moving & Storage. They really came through for a major job. They came in special on a Sunday to complete a job. I work with many moving and storage companies all around the country and they went way above and beyond. I would recommend Piepho to anyone and I can't speak highly enough!!! I was blown about by their service.
Met all of our scheduling needs on short notice. There was no problem accommodating late change in pick up and delivery. Staff was personable, “real people”, and quick responses. Movers were attentive, friendly, and courteous. They helped with things outside the scope of the projected. We wouldn’t consider others in the future.
Just moved from Rochester, MN to College Station, TX under some pretty stressful circumstances and were fortunate enough to have a great moving crew to help us keep our sanity and get everything there safely. Fran was great to work with as our coordinator to estimate our household and deliver boxes to us and tell us how to pack certain special items. Angie kept everyone in good contact with each other and both the crews loading the semi in MN and unloading in TX were kind,polite, efficient and hardworking men who did a great... read more
