Spoke with them on the 5th, provided all they requested and was told someone would contact me on the 8th. Nobody contacted me. Received an email apologizing about being “too busy to call”. Called them myself on the 15th and was told “attorney hasn’t finished reviewing, will call Monday” (18th). No call received on the 18th. Called again on the 21st and was put off again until later in the day when they finally decided not to help me with my case. 16 days of precious time wasted waiting. They were my attourny for the last few years, I never once spoke with an attourny untill a month before going in front of a judge, then she said we'd talk a lot, but that turned into 3 phone calls lasting less then 30 min in total, she went over questions she would as in front of the judge then asked none of them. After the court date she filed an extension to get in medical records and reports that hadn't been done, and was late turning them in to the judge.
