As a relatively small business owner, When dealing With a business as large as Piedmont is you can almost expect to be brushed off as low priority or low value. Bill did the exact opposite, you can tell that he really cares for his Customers and that is refreshing to see!!
I went here to deliver. Everything was easy and fast. No much room for maneuver but not that hard.
They screwed up the simplest order and gave me 2 different thicknesses of polycarbonate glass, which screwed up my plan. I sent them pictures which clearly showed this. Then when they had the chance to make it right, they started peeing on my leg and telling me it's raining. Please. This is not my first rodeo friends.
