As an OEM manufacturer, we expected Piedmont Plastics to stand behind the products they sell and the warranty they advertise. Unfortunately, that has not been our experience. When a warranty issue came up, we were disappointed by the lack of support and unwillingness to stand behind the product. As a relatively small business owner, When dealing With a business as large as Piedmont is you can almost expect to be brushed off as low priority or low value. Bill did the exact opposite, you can tell that he really cares for his Customers and that is refreshing to see!!
