Highly recommend Joel and his company. I had called four different financing mortgaging companies and Joel blew my rates out of the water. I tried Wells Fargo, Coastal, Chase and Sunflower/Guardian mortgage. Within 15 minutes, Joel came back to me with an amazing rate offer that I could not pass up.
