As much as I prefer a smaller bank, this bank really sucks in ways that do matter. They don't have great hours. Weekend Access does not exist. If you need to make a phone call about your debit card. And they were recently purchased by Piedmont and I don't know how that will affect things, but I imagine any changes won't be positive no matter what they say in the beginning so the decision to go with them because they were smaller might end up being irrelevant because now they are not so small.
