Frank at Piedmont EBikes was fantastic. He introduced me to a number of bikes, let me take a couple of test drives, and taught me a lot about the bikes he had available. Not only were his prices extremely fair, he's extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. Honestly one of the best shipping experiences I've ever had and I will be highly recommending him to anyone interested in bikes and ebikes.
