Great choice from the start. Frank was so helpful on the phone with my wife’s initial questions. We drove over on a Sunday (they are open 1-4pm despite google saying they are closed) and he spent a large amount of time making her feel comfortable and safe on the e-bikes. She tried several and he offered options about the advantages and drawbacks of each model. We purchased our Aventon Pace 350 and 500.2, bikes 3 years ago, and have loved them! Battery life is still like new.
