We bought 2 ebikes from Frank back in July of 2024. It is now January 2025 and we have both ridden over 600 miles. We LOVE our Aventon bikes! Frank was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. He was casual about test riding, which ended up selling us on the bikes. I would recommend Frank to anyone in the market for a fun and easy way to get outside and have fun. Thanks, Frank!
Piedmont e-bikes is the best! Great advice and fun test ride, and then dedicated follow-up, from delivery to the final adjustments. Frank is personable, friendly, and well-informed...and has a great partnership with an ace mechanic! Recommend working with Frank to ensure the best bike for the money!
Exceptional small business with lovely owner. We came all the way from Durham to test ride and buy our RADpower Road ebike. We love the bike! It is perfect for commuting. My husband is the primary user but I want my own! And Frank actually delivered the bike to us in Durham after expertly assembling the bike! Wish the shop was closer to the Triangle but feel incredibly lucky to have found it. You can't go wrong.
I contacted Frank and discovered that he had a Lectric 3.0XP bike and Lectric 3.0 trike which we were interested in trying out for possible purchase. We drove to Piedmont eBikes from Cary, NC (100 miles) for the purpose of demoing the bike and trike. Frank was kind enough to meet us and open his store on a Sunday and even suggested doing so because on a Sunday his parking lot was free of traffic and we would be able to have a more relaxed demo.
