Great place to shop for e-bikes. Frank is extremely knowledgeable and helpful!! They have some incredible bikes and are helpful answering any questions you may have. Highly recommend!!
Piedmont eBikes is ABSOLUTELY the place to buy an eBike. I got my Velotric Breeze 1 here recently and was thrilled with everything about it. Specifically: 1. Frank (owner) is patient and a solid expert on eBikes. I test drove bikes several times and never felt rushed. 2. They have a variety of brands, so you can get a sense of what works for you. 3. They match the online rates AND ASSEMBLE THE BIKE FOR YOU! 4. Excellent communication

Great choice from the start. Frank was so helpful on the phone with my wife’s initial questions. We drove over on a Sunday (they are open 1-4pm despite google saying they are closed) and he spent a large amount of time making her feel comfortable and safe on the e-bikes. She tried several and he offered options about the advantages and drawbacks of each model.
