Frank truly only cares that you get the best bike for you, from the best source. Even after letting me know that I really should buy from a local dealer, Frank spent about a half an hour discussing options with me. I can't imagine a better retail establish to work with.
We shopped around 4 other bike stores before hitting Piedmont E-Bikes and meeting with Frank. Amazed at the amount of inventory and different choices available. Test rode several before we found ours. We bought two bikes that day. Save yourself time and money and go here if you are looking to get an ebike. So many options and Frank was very helpful in helping us choose the right ones for a Great price. Been back several times for accessories and love coming in to chat. Great Place, Great people!
