Internet is never good enough to get through the house and is slow, I use to have spectrum but they don’t cover out here.
Very fast and prompt to outages. Had no internet after a storm on a Friday night and figured id have to wait till Monday. They had a tech out early the next day who was knowledgeable and had me fixed in 10 minutes. Great customer service
Always an issue. Again this weekend and issue. 2 weeks ago an issue. 3 weeks ago an issue. This internet has not worked correctly in months and I am always told it should be better just deal with it and we go back to unable to work from home again or even have my son watch one video online. I have had internet service for over a year now and I’m out by the yadkin river and it’s always going out. Sometimes for days. Cell phones don’t even get a good signal out here and it’s worse when the internet is out. But it’s the only internet available in this area. We don’t get to choose. And they are more expensive than any other service provider I ever had.
