Honest Review of Piedmont Communications – Only Use If You Have No Other Choice We’ve been using Piedmont Communications because, unfortunately, they’re the only available internet provider in our area. If there were any viable alternatives, we’d switch in a heartbeat. The service is unreliable. Internet is never good enough to get through the house and is slow, I use to have spectrum but they don’t cover out here.
Very fast and prompt to outages. Had no internet after a storm on a Friday night and figured id have to wait till Monday. They had a tech out early the next day who was knowledgeable and had me fixed in 10 minutes. Great customer service
