My experience with this CU is the absolute worst. Nothing but problems on Mastercard transactions. Even their. Advantage way branch is terrible. I wouldnt put a single cent $0.01 on this bank.
Down hill ever since they switched out our credit cards with out warning
The worst credit union in North Carolina!!! They have one branch in Greensboro and the ATM is down everyday! I mean it is constant. No drive thru line so when it doesn’t work you have to go inside and wait for years!!!! The slowest people work here and it’s a mix of incompetence and laziness from what I can tell. Complained about the ATM and the ding dong tells me ‘technology is technology’ I mean did you go to college to learn that? FOH. Hate this bank.
Friendly and kind service. Quyaisha was a delight and very helpful, and the dapper man with the eyepatch was cool too.
