I switched to PACU from Truliant FCU because I wanted a bank account that was reliable and simple. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. Transactions don't post as they should; I'm OCD about my ledger. Still, my account overdrafts as though PACU intentionally creates fees. My son, a PACU member for over 5 years, experiences the same thing. The Big Banks were sued over this very thing. Shout out to Breannalyn Todd at the Battleground Rd. Office in Greensboro. I had an issue with one of my accounts and she provided great customer service and followed-up with me by phone to confirm my issue was resolved. I was very impressed with her engagement and follow-through !
Went in one day and they told me one thing, went in the next and they told me that the previous teller lied to me. Avoid this place at all costs, go to any other credit union.
My experience with this CU is the absolute worst. Nothing but problems on Mastercard transactions. Even their. Advantage way branch is terrible. I wouldnt put a single cent $0.01 on this bank.
