So glad they will not exist anymore. In my time with them they have been consistently understaffed. The staffing? Sub-par. Over the years, there have only been one or two peple at a time that can properly execute the simplest transaction or provide a correct answer to the most mundane questions. I should have seen the handwriting on the wall when they sold their credit card debt - to of all places - ELAN! By far, the most unscrupulous credir card provider ever. But our rates didn't change.
