So glad they will not exist anymore. In my time with them they have been consistently understaffed. The staffing? Sub-par. Over the years, there have only been one or two peple at a time that can properly execute the simplest transaction or provide a correct answer to the most mundane questions. I’m not even a member of PACU but I got great customer service from Stephanie (Ruby) Rubio in the Eden office. My former bank was taken over by another company and I couldn’t deposit or withdraw money from my account. Even though Ms Rubio wasn’t able to fix the problem (not her fault) she gave me several options to try, and was very honest about the specifics of the situation. Great customer service. Thank you, Ms Rubio.
