I’m not even a member of PACU but I got great customer service from Stephanie (Ruby) Rubio in the Eden office. My former bank was taken over by another company and I couldn’t deposit or withdraw money from my account. Even though Ms Rubio wasn’t able to fix the problem (not her fault) she gave me several options to try, and was very honest about the specifics of the situation. Great customer service. Thank you, Ms Rubio.

Horrible service.They blocked my card when I used it but if someone outta state used my bank card my bank wouldn't decline or view as suspicious activity.people where able to use my card and make a whole walmart membership with it,that was weird to me and they rarely help with issue if occurs even if it leaves you in a bind.i remember one time having over draft and they would turn it off any time I had an emergency.

I love all the staff at the Eden branch, they are so helpful and when I walk in they even greet me by name! Never found such personable service at any other financial institution. Additionally I called about my credit card and Miles at one of the other branches was able to expedite my payment for me so I could use the card again for a needed expense. Highly recommend this institution!
