Pied Piper Travel is absolutely the worst travel agency that I have ever worked with. Please do yourself a favor and do not book or spend a red cent with them.
Agency hires idiot, lying tour hosts. – Our January 2008 Australia cruise was marred badly by our host Michael Schutes, a pied piper employee, who moved four of my group to a table for two without consulting us. The table was so small the waiter had to put the bread basket on the wine stand. Pied Piper very rude to customers – The following is an email exchange I had with the owner of Pied Piper Travel and I think it speaks for itself. The most unbelievably rude encounter I have ever had with a travel agent or entity and I travel a lot. I'm a platinum member of Continental airlines for over five years.
