Called ahead to return an item given as a gift. The store is located about an hour from my house. After being told I could receive store credit on the phone, the lady at the store told me the item was "too old" to return based on when it was purchased even though it still had the tags. They refused to work with me and gave me nothing for the item that they could easily have resold in their store.
