I too had a terrible experience. I think they are SUPER understaffed. I gave them all the info for my very simple return in February and when I contacted them to see when my taxes would be ready they told me they would have to file for an extension. I was NOT happy, and insisted they file it by the deadline. They told me to pick it up at 4pm on April 15th. I picked it up and it was wrong. I worked with my accountant Marilyn prior years as soon as she joined this firm she stopped responding me took all my information and told me she was working on completeling my taxes. Then all the sudden she stopped responding and I never heard another word from her. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable I will never recommend this business to anyone.
We have been using this firm for over 5 years now for both business and personal. We love working with Travis and this year inparticular has been exceptional service. Everything was done way ahead of schedule.
