This company scammed me and a bunch of other couples. We fully paid last week for our wedding next week. Today we got an email that they are going bankrupt and canceled our services without refund. After realizing we got scammed, I did some digging into the CEO and Matt has a sketchy past.
UPDATE: Shocker you kept lieing saying things are coming soon to our first emails and calls. Then stopped responding all together. THEN we find out you’re claiming bankruptcy. Reason you haven’t even paid the photographers. Good for you to keep up your sham knowing you could produce. Me and me wife got married on May 24th. It’s currently September 21. just emailed us today (10/7/26) to say they’re not showing up for our wedding that’s saturday (10/10/26). we’ve had too many issues with them leading up to this, but i won’t exhaust typing that much. matthew paul is just a sales guy, it’s sad to see all these other couples get screwed over and potentially not have a photographer for their wedding because of him.
I am incredibly disappointed with Picture This Wedding. We trusted this company with one of the most important parts of our wedding day—capturing memories that we will never have the opportunity to recreate.
