They messed up my order. Won’t respond to phone calls. I ordered what I was supposed to get originally and had to pay $12 in shipping and fees. Avoid them if you can.
My experience with Picture This over the last 10+ years has always been outstanding. They take the time to get great photos of students. The owner and staff have always been courteous and helpful with questions and special requests. They are professional, nice, local people that I highly recommend.
DO not respond to emails. Terrible company.
I've used picturethissp for the last 4 years and never has a problem until now. I've sent 2 emails in the last 3 weeks asking abt my kids school pictures and I have yet to hear back from anyone.
