Very disappointed with this company. I was at a ringette tournament this past weekend in Whitby. They took photos of the games. I paid for the pictures on the Saturday and was told they would be available by Monday. I have followed up with emails, texts and phone calls as the pictures are not available under the code they gave me and no response back. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM! SCAMMERS.
These guys have a great product. But have the worse customer servece. I have 4 familys that have bin riped off And they have not returned any calls or emails i will be taking them to sbc next
Just like the person below me, we ordered my daughters soccer photos months ago and we have received no correspondence or photos let alone a refund. They sure take your money quick! This was her first year in soccer and we were really hoping to give these photos out to our family! SCAM
Been trying for weeks to get ahold of someone. There has been no answer and I have not received my photos. Edit to add, it is now Nov and I have yet to hear back from them and still have no photos
