On 2/20/20 Pics-telecom purchased a “USRobotics Courier 56K USR3453C 56 Kbps USR 3453C external model” on the eBay website. After almost a month a return request was made stating the unit wouldn’t powerup. My listing showed the unit powering up. I wrote to the purchaser and asked what had happened. NOT A COMPANY BASED ON HONESTY OR INTEGRITY I would give 0 Stars if possible. The company I work for delivered a load to PICS where their forklift driver damaged our brand new trailer in a couple spots. Direct quote from the forklift operator, "Hey, my bad". It took a lot of effort to reach someone in charge to speak to about this trailer damage. When we finally did reach someone, they refused to accept liability and hid behind their lawyers.
