Had the worst experience dealing with the owner and his staff. Wouldn't listen to you properly and do stuff at their own convenience. Reached out to them for some cushions for our patio chairs and even brought the chairs to their place for exact measurements. The measurements are out and the sofa thickness is too much that it ruins the beauty of the chairs. Unfortunately, we had taken our leather sectional to picov to have new foam and the sagginess fixed when we got home, the piece of our sectional was terrible. I took it back and they said they did what they could do which wasn’t much and the foam doesn’t even go all the way to the back of the one cushion, or does it go to that side of the end cushion when I first took it there and he said it was ready but he asked me for an extra hundred dollars because he said that the the back cushions were kind of bent back and he wanted ... read more
