Having purchased a Flannel Pajama Set at Walmart I was disheartened to discover that it tore just after one wash. So I reached out to Pico & they agreed to provide a replacement, even when Walmart had already taken the product back with it's 90 day return policy. After a few hiccups, the Flannel Pajama Set did arrive yesterday & I'm thankful to Donna, Kendra, Marty & the entire Team for their excellence in Customer Service.
