Just came back from a tour to NYC on a Pico Bros bus. The trip was planned by Diamond Tours, but the driver was John on a Pico bus. John was wonderful! He knew his way around New York and handled the bus unbelievably. The streets are very crowded and narrow, and it was rainy, but it didn’t phase him, he did a great job. He truly represented your company excellently.
We just returned from a trip to Niagara Falls and Canda. John was our driver. He provided exceptional customer service. He was fantastic, very helpful, courteous and the best driver ever. I highly recommend this bus service and John as your driver. Mildred W
