Great company to do business with. I went to all the big box stores looking for a propane gas line with a unique fitting with no success. Finally someone suggested Pickrel Brothers, Inc. in Dayton. I went in and spoke with Bill Stuart. He knew exactly what I needed, got the parts and I was out of there in 10 minutes. Great experience!!!
Don't buy here. They don't stand by the products they sell. Purchased a Eemax hot water heater which was extremely loud once installed. They would not let me return it or give me my money back. Once it is installed there are no returns, so how do you know if it works or not until you actually install it?!? Don't shop here and don't buy Eemax!
Outstanding across the board: Service to parts! – If you've got a tough plumbing problem (whether self-inflicted or not), this is the place to go! They've got parts & pieces that'll fix just about anything. Case in point: We ordered some stuff off of eBay. Needless to say, a lot of the items we needed to complete installation were non-standard. These folks were able to come up with what we needed whereas Lowes & Home Depot told us we needed to buy complete new sets of equipment. These folks saved us bucks!
