Great staff and clean store!
This is a very clean,well maintained location with friendly welcoming staff and handicapped accessibility.
Went back to purchase coffee on sale as directed at service desk day before. When I went back woman at service desk told me she would not return item for sale price. I shared I was told to do this at the service desk the day before. Her reply was very nasty, I will not do that, I don't care what they told you. I'm the manager and said I will not do that. I have never been treated so nasty at pick n save. It made me feel bad because she doesn't care. Poor customer service. I won't be going back anytime soon.
Not a happy experience. Had a handful of coupons for cost savings and my perks card. Only items discounted were the items from my perks card. I questioned why my coupons were not taken off my balance. Cashier told me she couldn't see the receipt any more so she could not check. Coupons were for English muffins, bulk peppers, celery, dukes mayonnaise, bulk apples, broccoli crowns and a free brick of cream cheese. Not happy. Shame on you!
