We visited Picketts and Pursers after having bought an engagement ring and needing to get it resized and checked over. They checked over the ring and returned it to me for a very reasonable price. A few weeks late time came to propose, all went well and on day two of my partner having the ring on her finger during the walk one of the small diamonds on her cluster ring somehow managed to pop out. I have used this jewellers on numerous occasions and have never been anything less than delighted with the level of service and quality of work they have provided on every occasion. The staff are knowledgeable, welcoming and always communicate well. From servicing high end Swiss watches to simple adjustments of watch straps.
