We used Picket Fence for our 2024 return and opted to not return for 2025. From start to finish they made us feel like we were a bother. Taxes we filed fine enough but our preparer didn’t bother to advise that we may need to update some of our info on our W-4’s. I am fine paying for quality service and this completely missed the mark!

Debbie Day 1 did our taxes. No electronic filing. Not knowledgeable. Expensive & now we're auditing last year's taxes because they were not completed correctly. Stay far away.
A word of warning: This business had to relocate and rebrand after many complaints with the Better Business Bureau. Notice when you look up their page, there are no reviews? That is abnormal for a tax service. Several people have reported them taking their money. Mine included from the year 2020. They used to be located across from Popeyes in Bel Air but up and left when pressure was applied to address concerns of theft.
