Disappointed before I even arrived. I tried to book my appointment, and the manager Kathleen understood next to nothing (asked me to repeat myself twice every time I spoke; asked for my last name spelling 5 times, and much more). Without telling me, she passed the phone to Jasmine, who I had to repeat everything for, including my last name (mind you, its 6 letters). I had an amazing deep tissue massage here. The massage therapist was incredibly friendly and attentive, addressing my pain points perfectly. I left feeling completely relieved and refreshed. Highly recommend!
Horrible experience! Went there for a massage, specifically asked for a RMT and told them about my insurance company. Massage was booked for an hour but the therapist only did for 45 mins and said she has to travel elsewhere so she cant spend more time. Well, this wasnt the worse it seems, after the treatment i took the receipt and went home not realizing they have mis spelt my name on the reciept. I was still like it can happen.
