The Y is a joke here in pickaway county. We have been members for a while and every time you do something with your kids it's a problem. The workers don't even follow their own rules that are right up on the wall, they make them up while they go, it's no wonder it ain't as busy it once was. The lifeguard, supervisors and managers are a hit and a miss, this facility is all about money not family and not even the community. We will be cancelling our membership and go somewhere else.
Recommendedive been going to the this y, for over 20 years. its gone through alot of changes over the years. some good , some not. i still love love my water exercise classes. i love the teacher. some things can be better. im not fond of changes. changing classes times every summer, erks me to no end. not every person is a morning person, yet most of the classes are either early morning or dinner time. that said, the staff is friendly and very helpfull, and teachers are knowledgable about how to work through our disabilities.
there a rip off cancled my membership and they refuse to refund money they took anyways place is a mess and rude staff when u call
seniors, sign up for silver sneakers....come on down to the Y and enjoy all the fun
This place has really gone downhill recently. The workers are rude, the workout equipment is always broken, the pool and sauna are never available. There’s only one room available to stretch and do workouts and when there’s a fitness class you have no where else to go.
