Mindy Picard is a gifted acupuncturist who has helped me mitigate pain and heal injury. Her workspaces are clean and comfortable, and, unlike a number of other acupuncturists I’ve gone to, her needling techniques are very rarely painful (just the occasional ouch in particularly reactive places). I highly recommend her.

I've seen many acupuncturists over the years, and Mindy is truly one of the most talented and intuitive practitioners I've worked with. She not only excels at treating muscular dysfunction she is well versed in many underlying conditions of which it is a symptom and how to address the root causes. Her holistic approach makes a real difference. And an added plus, she's incredibly kind and has a great sense of humor—I highly recommend her service!

Mindy is the best! Having health issues surrounding pelvic pain and fibromyalgia, it seemed counterintuitive to go to acupuncture where needles are being inserted into the skin. However, Mindy has always put me at ease; her techniques are gentle, yet effective. I feel completely transformed by the end of each session. She also has extensive knowledge of Kampo herbs which have helped me in the past. I am so grateful that she has an upstate office in West Hurley, as well.

Night and day results in a fairly short time. I can highly recommend Mindy. We really need more acupuncturists like her.
