10/10 staff, really chill, great facility. 100% going back if I need more pt
This is the first time having to do any kind of back therapy. They are very nice and they even have dad jokes for you. They are also very polite and wonderful..
The staff is sensitive to my schedule and start on time and end on time. Each appointment runs the gambet of exercises and stretches to strengthen my spine and lower back. The take home exercises have helped improve my pain level.
Highly recommend for recovering and building strength.
I was in an accident that left me with some neck and shoulder issues, so I came to PickPT to get my strength and ROM back. I saw Tyler and Meghan at their Lincoln location, by Cosco, and they were awesome! Both very knowledgeable and gave me the tools I needed to get my full quality of life back in a few short weeks.
