I was looking for an attorney to help me evict tenants that weren't paying rent and ignored the 30 day notice I sent them. Very detail orientated and thorough. Had to execute an eviction during covid - 19 and needed assistance with an unlawful detainer. With all the court closures and short staffing they were able to complete my case and we had a successful outcome. They are great on communication via phone and email. I highly suggest them for routine and 'out of the ordinary' needs.
