I had a very disappointing experience at Picatinny Federal Credit Union at the Mt. Olive, NJ branch, specifically with an employee named Sandy. I deposited a $2,000 check into my business account for my nonprofit that serves adults with developmental disabilities. The check cleared, but as soon as it did, Sandy placed a 7-day hold on the funds. PCU has been great!!! Wylka at the Arsenal branch is amazing!! Some of the best Customer Service I have ever received. We did a HELOC and the process was so smooth! Wylka answered all my questions, and helped me with documents I needed to get uploaded into the system.
