Prebooked Christmas photos last year after having a great initial experience. We have been trying to get ahold of Cassie for a month now with no answer. Unfortunately we made the mistake of paying upfront and now we are out money and have to find another place for Santa photos. Not worth the stress.

Ms. Cassie Baird from Pic productions did an amazing job for my previous event to celebrate the birthday of my 90 year old parents. Her communication with me throughout every phase, from planning to execution was seamless and left me feeling more than confident. We hired Cassie to shoot our wedding. However, when she sent the family photos, they were extremely blurry and poor quality. She initially said she sent the wrong folder and would send the correct one. I followed up with her for over a month and got no response. Finally she sent me a voice note saying that there was a technical issue and there is nothing she can do about the poor quality photos. After hiring a professional photographer I am extremely disappointed and would not recommend. Don't risk missing out on your family... read more
