The recent football pictures received were dark in color and instead of the owner offering to brighten the photos an easy fix for any photographer he said that is the best he could do and only offered a refund. Very disappointing that he did not try to make things right and a refund was the only only resolution. I will be requesting the city search for other photographers as this is a memory that I will not be able to have of my son because of the way he chose to do business.
