It’s been closed Down since the owner did not pay her rent for months! It’s been really shut down since 4 days before e Thanksgiving ! Shame on you Regina! You took my rent for years !
Regina is a fabulous fitness guru and trainer. She truly cares about her clients and their well-being. I've trained with her, and she will always tailor a work-out to her clients age, fitness level, and individual needs. She also specializes in working with disabilities and the body-brain connection. Go to Regina for a great individual work-out! Her facility also offers many other modalities for weight loss and work-outs along with aesthetics and massage.
Regina is incredibly knowledgeable and supportive. Awesome gym...great wellness center with so many professionals under one roof!
Dr. Helene Pulnik is a true gem. Extremely knowledgeable, and a wealth of information. No matter if you're looking to lose weight or align your body she is the person to see. Truthfully I can't say enough positive things about my experience with Dr. Pulnik. Can't wait to get my genetic testing done.
Best wellness and fitness center in OC. Not gross like 24 Hour Fitness. Super clean. And they have every piece of bleeding edge equipment imaginable.
