I do not recommend this service. They placed my piano only 4 centimeters away from the wall. When I noticed this, I called Felix a few minutes later and asked if he could help me move the piano farther from the wall. He was quite rude over the phone, refused to come back even though he was only a few minutes away, and even lectured me. When I play the low-frequency register of the piano, there is now an echo. Felix is amazing. He moved our grand piano with such care. Didn't rush the job and even supplied feet rests to protect the wooden floor where the piano was moved too. He is genuinely interested in looking after pianos and takes pride. Cannot fault his service, communication and reasonable price. Highly recommend!!
Excellent service, we used them twice now. Both times they went above and beyond, even giving the piano a quick clean before putting it in place.
A move gone wrong. Sure the piano got moved but not without internal damage. Piano received not in a playable condition. I believe Felix is, as previous reviews have described, ‘a good guy’ but in our experience ONLY until something goes wrong. Initially Felix was nice/helpful about the findings, but at the end directed us to his insurance that was not even contactable. Terribly disappointed that we trusted Felix this whole time to only have him not honour a refund he offered us. I wonder if he meant to string us along this ... read more
