Buying a piano was actually fun. We shopped every piano store in Chicagoland but in the end we had a clear choice. Piano Trends is the ONLY place that truly seemed interested in what we had to say and was the only store that did not pressure us with any "today only" sales approach. We tired quickly of sales people trying to find out how much we were willing to spend before even knowing what kind of piano we wanted. we worked with Tim at Piano Trends. He let us do the talking and only then did he talk price trying to fit the pianos we liked into our budget. Tim, who I believe is an owner at Piano Trends found a piano that we were happy with below what he knew we could spend. This company has earned our trust and future business. We learned while shopping pianos they do so much more than just pianos. We witnessed their interaction with music students and parents. They obviously enjoyed their customers and like kids. It was just a fun music store to hang out at. We are regulars now buying music and we live an hour away!

Awesome people, great service! Going to Piano Trends is always a delight, Everyone there is friendly, and are always willing to help out with any music I might need. Highly recommend them. I purchased my piano from them a few years ago, and started to experience a sticky key. They came out and took care of it without any hassle. Very straightforward with their pianos. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a piano.

Outstanding Service The Staff at Piano Trends gave me the personal attention that this store was known for. That is why I shopped there in the first place. Absolutely not disappointed. This was the most pleasant helpful and fun place to shop music I have ever been to and I have been to many a music store.
