This Service is great You don't purchase a piano everyday so we shopped around and found Piano Trends offered not only the best price when comparing apples to apples but also outstanding service. They know pianos. their techs have been with them a long time. We added a player system and the same person who installed it also tuned it for us. World Class Treatment at Piano Trends We shopped every piano store in Chicago. Piano Trends was the only one that didn't try to sell us something we didn't need. They actually listened and they honestly matched us with the right piano for our family. We even go back for lessons now. world class treatment. We do feel like part of their family. just had to add they also just did a great job servicing my french horn. fair and honest repair. I won't even shop around anymore. there is no need as I always end up here anyway!
A Family Friendly and Fun Music Store! What a fun Place to shop. Music should be entertaining and it is at Piano Trends. Service and friendliness of staff will keep us coming back. I was moved to write a review when the owner gave my kids beanie babies on our way out. He didn't have to do that but he made my kids so happy. Very reliable Piano Trends has very friendly and helpful employees. I was able to get my two flutes and piccolo cleaned, checked out, and repaired at one of the busiest time of the instrument rental and repair time(right before the school year starts). The price was incredibly reasonable especially for the thoroughness and quality that they showed. Their sheet music section is also very diverse and well priced. I would recommend anyone to go there.
