This was the best experience I've had in the three months I have been shopping for a digital piano. They are very knowledgeable and easy to deal with, never pushy. Rod took the time to to show me many options and explained each option. I got the best piano for me at a terrific price. Absolutely couldn't be more pleased.
Nice place. Huge selection of pianos. Good selection of sheet music. Salesperson opened up the doors earlier than their normal time so I could get in. (I unexpectedly had a cancelation and was waiting for the store to open.).
We came in looking for a used piano and it was a great experience working with Rod! He taught us a lot about pianos and the differences in makes and gave us clear instructions on what the price includes. I’d recommend this store to anyone looking to purchase a piano!
EVERY staff member is knowledgeable, kind, patient, and understanding. An A+++ store to buy from, have repairs, consignment, etc. And bonus with Carmel Piano movers. They are so fast & efficient!
I had a terrifying experience after a flight where my guitar’s action became so low, it wouldn’t even play. Normally it wouldn’t be a pressing issue but I was playing a gig that night and desperately needed my guitar to work. I called Piano Solutions and asked if they sold truss rod adjusters - without hesitation, they told me to bring the guitar in and they’d be able to help out personally.
