Terrible customer service. They’ll Let someone else pick up your food and have you standing around waiting like an idiot not knowing someone who didn’t pay for it already got it even though u gave them ur name at the window.Meanwhile the woman at the pick up counter mean mugs you and doesn’t say a word to let u know she ain’t making ur order while she keeps making other peoples! It's like Chipotle except for with Italian food. A great place for a quick lunch. And the people that work there are absolutely amazing. So friendly.
I actually went on Friday, but I’m a little late at this review. I don’t go here as often as I’d like. But, I do love their food. I usually get the BLT Piada, but after a long day of work, I opted for the Basil Pesto pasta, with fried chicken. It was so good, per usual. I usually get the hot 🥵 fried chicken , but I opted out this time. The pasta was so good, and the staff were very helpful, I also had the blackberry lemonade, which was so refreshing. 10 out of 10.
Food was amazing, the workers were really nice and honestly couldn’t ask for any better service, especially the workers Devine, he really knew his stuff and gave some good suggestions for my first time.
