Wendy is lovely. I went in for a running analysis and she gave me some great tips to improve running efficiency and prevent pain!
She was able to take me from ankle pain after a few miles per week to being able to qualify for a special forces program. She has an incredible knowledge base and the tech to support it! I can't recommend her enough.
Great experience with Wendy! We did a running gait and strength analysis and it was extremely comprehensive and thorough. I walked away from the session with a ton of actionable data. This really took the guesswork out of improving my running form and making myself more injury proof, because I can see exactly where my form breaks down and what muscles and areas I need to address to!
