Sam has really helped with my back over the last 5 weeks. I started off unable to get out of bed or unable to hinge forward and pick things up due to immense pain and tightness, and now I have more flexibility and movement and importantly, I am pain free.
Went in for treatment on my traps and left feeling so much better. Julian was professional, knowledgeable, and really took the time to understand the issue. Highly recommend if you’re dealing with muscle pain or tightness!
Saw Julian a couple times for different types of ailments. Fantastic customer service and also amazing treatments - always leaving feeling way better than I come in. Their prescribed rehab exercises have been a game changer too and helped get me back into athletic shape in no time.
I have found the staff at Phyzfit to be highly professional. Ari has been helpful and patient With my problem. He explained the treatment plan very clearly. I would recommend this Physiotherapy practice.
