This review is long overdue. I absolutely love this place. I've been going to them for 4 years and I love their new location in Bala Cynwyd. It's so relaxing. I've been to a number of people, all of whom have been good, but I really like Annie. I get the lift treatment and when I walk out, there is a literal difference in how my face looks. She really does a great job and it's extremely relaxing!
One of the most beautiful facial spa locations I’ve ever been to even after traveling all over the world. The staff has a lot of knowledge of the skin and more than just basic advice. They are very attentive and the actual facial experience is magical. You can tell their passion in their business. I go routinely and my skin is now phenomenal. The best place to get a facial! I’ve been going to Phyllis to get a facial for a while now and it is always relaxing and my skin has never looked better. The inside of this location is super pretty and you feel comfortable right away. Phyllis and Alice are both very knowledgeable with the services and always answers any questions I have.
The best facial spa, hands down. Phyllis and Alice have magic hands. They give the best facial massages and extractions to make sure those pores are super clean. Phyllis is extremely passionate about her profession and it shows in the advice she gives, quality of the product she chooses, the services she offers, the staff she works with, and what she has done with her space!
