Fernanda is an excellent remedial massage therapist. From the moment the session began, she demonstrated deep knowledge and professionalism. I’ve been very lucky to have Kirrily supporting me through my pregnancy and postpartum journey. She was able to support me in linking in with the appropriate health practitioners after suffering from some birth related injuries. I found her to be highly knowledgeable around pelvic health as she could recognise when there were other issues going on beyond the realm of physio. I am now 3.5 months postpartum and can finally enjoy time with my baby pain free because she advocated for me. Thankyou!
I highly recommend Physiozest and the Born Ready course if you’re a first time mum. Working with Kirraly gave me knowledge, practical skills and confidence going into the final weeks of pregnancy. The Born Ready workshop was particularly great for my husband to learn how to best support me. We are so glad we did it!!
I had my first appointment today with Katey, she took the time to listen to my concerns and did a thorough, respectful assessment. Katey explained everything clearly, making me feel completely at ease. Very professional, empathetic and extremely knowledgable.
