I would recommend Ailis for massage. I was experiencing gripping in my neck and shoulders and after a full hour massage, mostly focused on those areas, I left feeling relaxed and much better. The practice is clean, modern and quiet. The room had relaxing music and she asked to ensure pressure was comfortable. I've had many massages before and will return to Ailis again. Access at the shopping centre is easy too.
I went to the Salisbury clinic for a first appointment. Sarah (i think) was my physios name. She was very kind, friendly, thorough and sensitive to my pain. The environment was neat and clean and the welcome very friendly. The booking process on line was super easy and suits my lifestyle.
Have been going to this place to help with some lower back issues. I have seen both Stacey and Mustafa. Both have been absolutely wonderful, professional and helpful. The reception team is always pleasant to deal with and efficient. Prices are reasonable and from what I have seen of the facilities so far, it's clean and welcoming. 100% recommend this place.
