I had a session with physio Angela, and it was by far my worst experience. There was a complete lack of empathy or understanding for my condition, and I felt dismissed rather than supported. The approach was impersonal and unhelpful, leaving me frustrated and concerned about my care. I would not recommend her to anyone seeking compassionate or patient-centered physiotherapy. I truly wish I could give 0 stars
Easy booking and clean. Physio sessions here are covered by Medicare and private health but be mindful that Medicare do not cover 100% meaning you will be out of pocket depending on how much your session cost.
