Fran is such a wonderful person with a great personality and incredible energy. I took my 13 year old daughter to see Anastasia for a ballet pre-pointe assessment. Anastasia was very knowledgeable and made the experience for my daughter very comfortable and enjoyable. She followed up the appointment with suggested exercises which were very helpful. Highly recommend her for pre-pointe assessments.

Their holistic approach not only delivers excellent treatment for acute pain but also encourages long-term strength through exercise and empowers you to take charge of your mobility at home. Over time, I’ve received exceptional care for various issues from Anastasia, Alla, Alex, Antonello, Francine, Mirka, and the entire team. I can’t recommend them highly enough to friends or anyone in need of truly great physios!
Absolutely delightful receptionist, couldn't be more helpful, and such a sunny personality! I wish I worked with him, he's a delight. Antonella was great, helped to fix my awful neck and back, and gave me exercises to help long term, and advice on a better pillow. Couldn't be more pleased, thanks so much.
I saw Anastasia for severe lower back pain. She really assisted me with my recovery and all the exercises. I'm feeling much better. I thoroughly recommend her.
