Store owner not informed, of her own staffs certifications and services provided. Disorganized and unprofessional receptionist and poor rude customer service. For healing and wellness services I would encourage you to seek More knowledgeable staff and an owner who takes care in the health related field they are in and their clients. Should be legislation where health services are provided the company knows what it offers and is legally certified in versus i don’t know but we have this many years experience.
