Jeff took the time to clearly explain my concerns about the rotator cuff and shoulder dislocation, and answered all my questions in a way that was easy to understand. He also created a tailored recovery plan with specific exercises, and even followed up by emailing me detailed instructions along with videos to make sure I perform the movements correctly. Overall, a very helpful and professional experience. I would definitely recommend him to my friends.
Jeffrey is so thorough, explains every step of the way, tests out various exercises and determines which are best for your condition or injury. He then follows up with email with those exercise videos. I would highly recommend him.
