Detailed explanations of the cause of my pain and what I could do to minimize it, was very helpful. Respect that Joe has for his patients makes him, in my view, exceptional. He gets results for his clientele.
I received a very comprehensive assessment, was provided with clear description of my problem and offered a care plan that was manageable. It was my first visit and i couldn't have asked for better service.
When I submitted my claim to my insurance company, I couldn't find the physiotherapist's name on their provider list. My insurance company also told me that the initial assessment fee of $175 is higher than the Ontario reasonable physiotherapist fee of $155. The follow-up visits are $140, which is also higher than the Ontario reasonable fee of $115. Because of this, I definitely won't be coming back for my second appointment.
My experience with Joseph as my physiotherapist has been great to date. This is a return for me back to the physio. I am being more disciplined so my role in improving my health is also helping. I would recommend this institution.
