Jeffrey was very attentive. I felt like I was listened to during the assessment which was quite comprehensive. He was also quite nuanced in his approach. As a result, I've regained the mobility in my ankle that was quite limited and painful for months.
Excellent! Knowledgeble, friendly and very thorough! Spent quality time gently working the muscles that need renewing and showed me simple exercises to improve blood flow to my shoulder. No pressure to continue with treatments, just a suggestion that he'd be happy to see me in a couple of weeks if the condition continued. The TENS machine was used for only 7 minutes at the end of the session.
