I came to Ann Physiocare as I’m on a long waiting list with the NHS for my back pain. The first time I met Kushali, the Physiotherapist in the Carmarthen clinic, I could barely turn my upper body without pain. I also couldn’t bend as every movement was painful. After just a few sessions & following the exercises that she taught me, I have recovered quicker than expected & was back doing my usual activities.
