I’ve been seeing Pete for a short while and honestly, he’s class. He’s helped me massively with tightness in my legs but more than that, he’s been really proactive in getting to the root of things. He recommended orthotics that have already made a difference and the quality of the sessions is top tier. You can tell he genuinely cares about getting you back to full performance, not just going through the motions. If you’re training seriously or dealing with any persistent issues, I can’t recommend him enough.

After nearly 30 years of persistent back pain, and numerous NHS physio appointments, I had come to accept that this was how life was going to be. However, a friend recommended the Physio & Sports Injury Centre and, since attending, Peter has literally worked miracles and turned my life around - I simply cannot believe the difference! My only regret is not booking in sooner. 5* PHYSIOTHERAPIST

TRULY THE BEST PHYSIO I would be lost without Peter, he completely fixed my problems. He knew what was wrong instantly. I was struggling to see how I would ever not be in pain, and with just 8 sessions I was back to normal. I have been to multiple other physios before, and never had results like I have with Peter. I absolutely recommend his physiotherapy. He is very friendly and approachable. He is extremely good at what he does, and has helped me in more ways than one with his advice and knowledge.
