Rosanna was fantastic, she looked at the big picture and what could have lead to the injury rather than just the injury itself and the program took both a recovery and preventative approach, definitely recommended!

Excellent Lower Hutt based Physiotherapist. Twisted my knee running, and got an appointment straight away the next day after I called them. Nice. The physio took good care in diagnosing the injury, and presented a range of physiotherapy type strengthening and recovery exercises. Good recovery. Incorporating a lot more strengthening and stretches into my routine now! Been to a few physiotherapists over the years, this one I fully recommend!
Awesome having a Physio with so much experience in the local neighborhood.
